Wrapping Up Forge Season 0 and Gearing Up for Season 1
Forge Season 0 is coming to a close, and Season 1 is on the horizon — here’s what you need to know!
As we bid farewell to our inaugural beta season, we’re filled with reflection, pride, and immense excitement for the future. We’ve been overwhelmed by the positive reception you’ve shown us to date, and are thrilled to continue building Forge alongside you, our community.
In this blog, we’ll be closing the chapter on Season 0, and getting you ready for what’s to come. Read on for the deets!
Season 0: An Incredible Start
Despite Season 0 being Forge’s beta season, our vision of enabling gamers to build their gaming identities and seek rewards for their achievements clearly resonated!
Nearly three hundred thousand users registered to join Forge, with users coming from from 188 different countries. Our community of followers and fans grew to over 140,000 strong on Discord and X, with tens of thousands joining in on community AMAs, giveaways, and events. In total, over $50,000 in prizing was awarded to our community via partner quests and the Forge weekly bonus.
Also core to our mission, we worked hard this season to connect with and help game developers reach a new audience. In total, we partnered with 20 games spanning 10 unique genres to launch quests on Forge. And the Forge community jumped into new experiences, completing over 4.2 million quests throughout the course of the season.
The work is far from done, but we made strong progress on improving Forge based on YOUR feedback: we added support for Phantom, Avalanche, and Ronin wallets, switched from Amazon Gift Card giveaways to USDT to support users in more regions, brought on additional community and collab managers to support our Discord community, automated web3 rewards distribution, and more.
These numbers are not just statistics; they are a reflection of the vibrant community that has embraced Forge and its potential.
Rewards for Season Pass Completion
2,071 users have risen above the rest, hitting level 20 to complete their Forge Season 0 Season Pass. To honor the commitment and achievements of these users, we’ve got some awesome raffles in the works, to be drawn on February 16th, 2024.

The Season officially ends on February 12th, so you still have time to finish out the pass to be eligible for these giveaways! But for those that aren’t able to complete their Season 0 Passes, you’ll still get a benefit leading into Season 1 in the form of XP boosts (a multiplier on all XP earned) that correlates to your Season 0 Pass level.

- Faster and more transparent reward distribution: We heard your frustration loud and clear that rewards were hard to track and sometimes slow to hit your accounts. We’re fixing this by automating the process all on Forge.gg in Season 1.
- Announcing the Forge API for game developers: we’re making it easier than ever for game developers to set up Forge quests that tie directly into their games.
- New quest varieties: look out for new quests with more challenges that get you into playing games, together.
- A more rewarding Season Pass: we’re upping the challenge (and reward) for progressing through your Season 1 Pass. Stay tuned for more details.
- A tentpole set of game partners: along with returning partners for Season 0, we have a slew of our the biggest games yet to hit Forge ready to go, spanning across even more genres, web3, and web2.
